A client, partner, supplier or any friend of ISL (the referrer) recommends us to a peer’s company.
Once this new company becomes a client then ISL will provide the referrer with a suitable ‘thank you’ commensurate with the size of the project.

Why we believe in a Referrals strategy

At ISL we pride ourselves on delivering high quality work and measurable business benefits to our clients – and we have found, as a direct result, our clients are happy to recommend us to their peers. In fact, some of our most successful clients have come to us through our referral process.

Like every business, we actively look for new clients. We know from our own CRM measurement tools that this can be both time-consuming and expensive. We also know that a direct recommendation is worth a multitude of speculative cold calls.

It makes sound business sense, therefore, to focus on a Referrals strategy that builds on our solid base of satisfied ISL clients.

How our Referrals strategy works – and how you can benefit

In exchange for a referral, we will provide a suitable ‘thank you’ commensurate with the size of the project. This may be provided in terms of ISL products and services or perhaps as a donation to a charitable cause - the choice of thank you is for the referrer to decide.
